By accessing or using Nelixfi, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you use Nelixfi for a business, school, or organization, you confirm that you have permission to act for it.

Nelixfi provides free browser-based utilities such as writing tools, calculators, converters, generators, image tools, and document features. Most tools process information on your device without requiring an account.

Nelixfi’s outputs are provided for general information and convenience. Results may be approximate, incomplete, outdated, or affected by the information you enter.

• Health-related tools, including the BMI Calculator, do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about health decisions.
• Loan, mortgage, budget, percentage, tip, and other money-related tools do not provide financial, tax, credit, investment, or legal advice. Lender calculations and actual costs may differ.
• Date, time-zone, unit, moon-phase, and similar calculations may use estimates or general conventions and should not be used when exact professional or safety-critical information is required.
• Writing, spelling, password, QR-code, document, invoice, logo, and image outputs may contain errors or may not meet a particular legal, security, accessibility, platform, or professional requirement.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before using, publishing, submitting, sharing, printing, or making decisions based on them.

You keep ownership of text, images, business details, and other content you enter into Nelixfi. Nelixfi does not claim ownership of your original content.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that content. Do not enter or create content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, exposes confidential information without permission, or contains malicious code.

Files created by the tools are provided for your use, but you remain responsible for reviewing their accuracy, compatibility, and suitability. Keep permanent copies of important work; browser storage and local drafts can be lost.

You may use Nelixfi for lawful personal, educational, and business purposes. You may not:

• Interfere with the site, overload its systems, bypass security controls, or test for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Use automated activity that unreasonably burdens the service or prevents others from using it.
• Distribute malware, harmful code, deceptive content, spam, or material that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
• Misrepresent Nelixfi outputs as guaranteed, professionally verified, or endorsed by Nelixfi.
• Use the service to facilitate fraud, abuse, harassment, or other harmful conduct.

The Nelixfi name, branding, site design, software, original written content, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to the site operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of the site or its technology.

You may link to public Nelixfi pages. You may not copy, resell, frame, or redistribute a substantial part of the site or falsely suggest an affiliation with Nelixfi without permission.

Nelixfi may link to or interact with services operated by others, including Google Trends and Google News. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Nelixfi does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or actions.

Nelixfi may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue tools or features at any time. The site may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not promise that any tool or saved browser data will remain available indefinitely.

Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect Nelixfi, its users, third parties, or the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nelixfi and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, secure, accurate, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or compatible with every device or file format.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nelixfi and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, business interruption, or decisions made using tool results.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of Nelixfi, your violation of these terms, or content you use without the necessary rights or permissions.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the Nelixfi site operator, without overriding any consumer protections that apply where you live. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another process.
